The Men of Calvary invite you to join us as we work through all the books of the Bible in 2024 and 2025.

Spending time in scripture renews your mind and equips you for spiritual warfare. Join us!

In the past year, the Ladies Study Group has worked through several engaging study topics including a study in Psalms, The "Bad Girls of the Bible," and  "The Great Disappearance."

Awana teaches children God's Word, encourages scripture memorization, and helps children understand Biblical principles, all while having fun in a group setting!

The Young Adults Study is designed with 20 and 30-somethings in mind. We meet as our busy schedules allow! In 2024, the YAG worked through "The Truth Project" and are currently engaged in a Study of Jesus' Ministry.

Church is for all ages, and we're happy to provide both nursery services for Sunday Morning Worship Services and Junior Church for older kids!

Grandpa Dave has been around the world and seen it all and he loves to share his love of Jesus with the kids on Sunday Mornings! Grandpa Dave has a great way of communicating key concepts of Christian Life in a way that is easy for children to understand!

Once a month the men of Calvary get together for a time of fellowship over The Word.

Location alternates between local breakfast restaurants!

Join us for this new fellowship for the ladies at the Main Street Cafe in Claysville! We've got the back room reserved for a special time together!

Hey, what's the big dill?! Calvary's Pickleball Fellowship is a great opportunity to spend time with each other and get some great exercise in! Join us for a fun time for players of all ages! We play at Washington Park through the summer months and when it gets cold, we head indoors to the Fellowship Center at the Church!

From cruising the river on "The Great Jungle Journey" to the adventure in the castle of the "Kingdom Chronicles," to "Rocky Railway," "IncrediWorld Amazement Park," and more, Calvary Baptist Church produces a VBS for the kids of the church and the community! A core group begins meeting as early as March to make sure VBS week goes off without a hitch and helps bring kids to Christ!

The Worship Team is responsible for leading Sunday Morning Worship Services in song and music. Our musicians and vocalists play a variety of insturments, from guitar and bass to piano, drums, and even the harmonica!

The media team works behind the scenes to provide audio/video support to the church and also handles most of the technology in the building including the WiFi system, overhead projectors, and video screens as well as computer systems, the website, and social media accounts.

The Men of Calvary retreat to a camp destination for a weekend of study and fellowship! This year the guys went to Agape Camp in Hickory, PA to study the "Five Marks of a Man."

The annual ladies retreat weekend is a wonderful time of bonding over the Word with fellow women of all ages! This past year's retreat featured special guest speaker Jennifer Cadamore and took place at Camp Cornerstone in Jefferson, PA. Nearly twenty women took part in this memorable weekend!
